All artwork sales are final. Due to the original and handcrafted nature of each piece, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Artwork and licensing

All artwork and designs are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The purchase of artwork, prints, or merchandise does not transfer copyright or grant permission for reproduction, resale, or commercial use.

305 Rick Art LLC retains all rights to all artwork and designs, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the work.
